1. Inquire

You’ve found us!
After we receive your inquiry, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours
This is a free consultation.
We want to hear your vision for your wedding, any details you have already decided on, your favorite colors, etc.!
After our conversation, we'll start pairing your vision with our expertise, dreaming up a unique conceptual design for your wedding.

2. Dream
As we dream, we'll create a mood board and estimate that captures the essence of your event design.
It will showcase the botanical beauty that will adorn your wedding, including color scheme, primary flowers, and inspiration images. We'll share this with you within one week, and then we'll touch base to hear your thoughts and make any desired adjustments.
Kindly note: A 20% deposit is required after this point to reserve our services for your date.

3. Design
After your approval, we'll create a detailed proposal as the floral blueprint for your special day.
It includes key elements, floral pieces, and special touches.
Within two weeks of deposit submission, you'll receive your personalized proposal.
Using the proposal, we'll source products for your wedding, prioritizing sustainability.
We'll stay in touch with suppliers to ensure the best products for your special day.

Note: Changes to the proposal are welcome until one month before the event.
During the wedding week, we'll be busy behind the scenes, preparing and designing the flowers with care.

Kindly note: a 50% payment is due as we place our final floral orders.

4. Celebrate!

The big day has arrived!

We'll deliver and set up all the elements of your floral design plan.
You may not see us, as we work like flower fairies behind the scenes,
swiftly setting the stage for your special day :)

If you've arranged for our team to handle breakdown, we'll be there as the last song plays.
Our team will carefully break down and compost your florals, following venue requirements and timelines.
